Do you have a Purpose in Life?

I asked myself this question many times over the years.  When I was young I believed it would be to have a family and be a mother.  When that didn’t happen I had to re-think hard.

Unfortunately emotional stuff got in the way and I couldn’t see a way forward for many years.   Its also so easy to get caught up in day to day stuff and especially if you work in the corporate world sometimes it can just be about surviving and keeping up with the pressures and stresses of working life.  Its even more difficult now with social media there is so much going on that overwhelm can make you feel drained and unable to see a way out.

But there’s always a way out and its good to stop and have a think about what you want and what your purpose is and then plan how you can achieve it.  I believe we all have a purpose for this lifetime whatever it is and its important to find this out to live a happier and more fulfilled life.  We’ve all been given different gifts and once you tap into what you love anything is possible.  You may be at a crossroads in your life – your children may have left home, you’ve got divorced or split from a partner or someone close to you has died – all life changing events that can be difficult to deal with.

If you would like some help with this I use a combination of my skills to act as your ‘spiritual sat nav’.  Apart from my coaching skills I use guidance cards and a Japanese system called Ikigai.   I can also help you highlight and clear any emotional blocks that are stopping you moving forward with a technique called the Emotion Code;  plus I can advise on essential oils that will help clear emotions and sustain you moving forward.

This will give you clarity to what you want out of life and you will come away feeling positive about which direction you want your life to go.
