Do you have trouble sleeping?  Or you get to sleep but then wake up and can’t go back?  Does your mind go round and round worrying about all sorts of things?  Do you wake feeling exhausted and groggy?

Sleep issues can be created by a number of different things, including food, alcohol and stress;  especially so at the moment when there is so much worry about what is going on in the world today.  Sadly our immune system can be affected by stress too so its important to eat the right food that can feed your body with what it needs and take exercise to keep the blood flowing around the body.

Yoga is one of the best exercises as it keeps your muscles stretched and works on mind body and spirt.  Essential Oils can enhance all the wonderful benefits of yoga and work perfectly to reduce stress and help you sleep like a baby.

Our first on-line class will cover this topic and for those of you new to doTerra we’ll be telling  how essential oils can help support you through these difficult times.

We will also be welcoming a lovely guest, Sue Bolland, who is one of our doTerra team but also an experienced yoga teacher, and before Covid she and I ran regular yoga and essential oils classes and are planning regular on-line meditation sessions in the near future.

During the one hour session you will learn how essential oils can support you emotionally and Sue will be doing a short meditation plus time for questions and answers at the end.
